Precision Engineering Structure with NEBB International Standard Testing

Within a 7-month timeframe across a 3,000 sq.m. area, our engineering team delivered ISO 5 and ISO 6 cleanrooms with perfect environmental control. The Scope of Work spanned from basic infrastructure to advanced safety systems:

Structural and Architectural Work: Installation of Steel Under-Structure, Aluminum Raised Floors (AL) with Conductive Floor Tiles, PIR Walls, and Automatic Door systems (Auto Door).
Air Conditioning and Particle Control: HVAC systems, M&E, Ducting, and Control systems, featuring the installation of FFUs and ULPA integrated with smart software.
Utility and Safety System: Utility Hook Up services and Fire Fighting systems.
Testing and Certification: This project underwent the full Testing & Certification process according to NEBB (U.S.A) standards.
