This project represents a significant milestone, reflecting KURODA GROUP's vision and commitment to investing in advanced manufacturing technology to deliver world-class products to the global market.
Covering every engineering system across more than 4,000 square meters
Due to the stringent requirements of the HDD industry, our engineering team spent 7 months transforming over 4,000 square meters into ISO 5 and ISO 6 cleanrooms We were responsible for everything from design to complete system installation. The Scope of Work included:
Air Conditioning and Ventilation System: HVAC, M&E, Ducting, and Smart Control systems
Advanced Air Filtration System: FFU (Fan Filter Unit) equipped with ULPA filters and control software
Internal Structure and Architecture: Installation of PIR cold room walls, automatic door systems (Auto Door), and Aluminum (AL) Raised Floors with Anti-static Conductive Floor Tiles
Production Support Systems: DI Water purification system, Utility Hook Up services, and Fire Fighting systems
Quality Guaranteed by NEBB Standard (USA)
The hallmark of this project's capability is its successful testing and certification by NEBB (National Environmental Balancing Bureau) from the United States. KURODA GROUP's customers can be 100% confident that the HDD component manufacturing environment in this facility is free from dust and contaminants, truly meeting international regulatory requirements.
