The EMS industry requires production areas that can precisely control dust particles, temperature, and humidity to prevent damage to electronic components. VOV’s engineering team executed the cleanroom construction delivering highly stable ISO 7 and ISO 8 cleanrooms. Covering over 4,000 square meters, the comprehensive Turnkey Design Scope of Work included:
Air Conditioning and Dust Control System: Installation of HVAC, M&E, Ducting, and Control systems, utilizing FFUs integrated with ULPA filters and smart operational control software.
Architectural and Dust-Proof Structure: Installation of PIR Walls offering thermal insulation and a dust-free surface, along with Automatic Door systems (Auto Door) for convenience and reduced cross-contamination.
Basic Safety and Utility Systems: Execution of Utility Hook Up services and installation of Fire Fighting systems compliant with high safety standards.

Every area within the PLEXUS project underwent Cleanroom Testing & Certification and is certified by NEBB (National Environmental Balancing Bureau), USA. This enables the client to operate their EMS production lines at full capacity with 100% confidence in quality.
