Engineering Innovation: Integrated Cleanroom Construction Across 4,000 sq.m.
Chip and semiconductor manufacturing processes are extremely sensitive to dust particles and contaminants. Our engineering team executed the cleanroom construction to ISO 7 and ISO 8 standards across 4,000 sq.m., integrating tight engineering systems (Scope of Work) including:
Advanced Air Circulation and Filtration: Installation of HVAC, M&E, Ducting, and Control systems, utilizing FFUs integrated with ULPA filters and high-precision control software.
Contamination-Proof Structure and Materials: Installation of PIR Walls, automatic door systems (Auto Door), and Aluminum Raised Floors (AL) with Anti-static Conductive Floor Tiles to prevent circuit board damage.
Safety and Utility Systems: Utility Hook Up services and Fire Fighting systems specifically designed for cleanroom environments.
Certified by NEBB (USA) International Standards
The entire project underwent Cleanroom Testing & Certification to verify the integrity of air and particle control systems, ultimately receiving certification from NEBB (National Environmental Balancing Bureau), USA. ensuring NXP has a perfect production environment.
